My wife and I hired Herman to install Govee Pro lights on our home in December. We had reached out to multiple people for bids and Herman seemed to have the most experience and was priced very competitively- plus had better availability with the craziness of the holidays. He told us the best lights to get and gave us different options on how he could install. When he came out the day of he realized our house was slightly more complicated and had to switch from the original install plan, but he worked all day with a helper and got them done perfectly. He even showed us how to use the app and different things we could do with the display! Our neighbors hired him about a week later to do their house. Sadly, we both had an issue with connector pieces on the lights within a few weeks (equipment malfunctioning where small sections stopped working, but not an install problem). It was super frustrating but Herman came back out and switched out the bad pieces free of charge as soon as his scheduled allowed! Now we are back up and running ready for the next holiday
