Joseph was awesome! I also am a Thumbtack pro, and even though I have 35 great reviews I had one bad one which was very explainable. So I decided to give Joe a try. I am so glad I followed my gut on this one. When Joe explained his reviews I understood perfectly. And after looking at is 2015 glowing reviews I was sure there was an explanation. Joe arrived on time, he was totally capable of handling everything, did several projects for me very quickly neatly and professionally. Now I need a very small area dug up and new sod laid down for my little dog. He's going to be taking care that for me, replacing some appliances, bathroom fixtures, installing new countertops in my kitchen.I wanted him to do some carpet and a very honestly said he has a better connection for that that would save me more money so he's recommending that to a friend who has a good carpet connection. At the end of the job I thought I had handed him shovel 20 Dollar bills. I was looking for more in my wallet. He said what do you know why are you looking for more money you already paid me too much! It turns out three of the 20s I gave him were 50s. I would've never known, but I can tell he's just the kind honest guythat would never just keep the money. Definitely endeared me with him. I think he's a great husband and a father of five and he will be getting my business for years to come! Thank you thumbtack, thank you Joseph! Life is so wonderful when you have a capable, friendly, talented handyman to come on!

Well I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom toilet was leaking. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. But I learned from Your Handyman that the wax or rubber ring under the toilet just needed to be replaced. He was really good about explaing every thing and I really liked that. Also there were a couple of holes in my walls and he fixed them Great Job Your Handyman Service!

Joseph did an amazing job on my home he built a fence around my home and a beautiful handicap stairway up to my front door he was sweet enough to even help me with some electrical work. I would definitely recommend him he does phenomenal work.

I had some flickering lights and a broken garbage disposal and Joe was great and fixed them quickly he was very professional and his rates are great

Dissatisfied with the entire process- estimated one day's work and took 3 days. Late each day, left early, sloppy patchwork, drywall mud in carpet and on surfaces in house. Have to sand and retexture area of work.

Do to personal issues I was late and had to leave early. Any issues could have been discussed with me. But I do apologize for any and all inconvenience that we caused.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After a few years I do have a set price for most everyday repair. I am currently working on my price chart hopefully soon it will be uploaded for all my clients convienance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers personally.To discuss any present and future jobs or ideas. All my customers new and presant are treated like family. With honesty and respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I steam from a long line of contractors. My father and grandfather worked in many fields of contracting. My uncle is an electrician. I started working on projects with them when I was still a child and enjoyed every moment of it. I am also certified in electrical and plumbing. With an As in business.
