The worst cleaning job ever!! When finished I did a walk through, couldn’t believe what I was seeing!!!! I have grandchildren and they love to touch the walls with dirty hands. I asked them to spot the walls, clean top of trash can, dust and clean the light fixture over the kitchen island, wipe the kitchen counters etc. It was so bad and I was very frustrated because I felt like I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job!!!! I had a birthday party the next day and all I could see was cleaning I needed to do before the party!!! I sent a message to the number I booked the services through but didn’t get a response back!!! Would NEVER hire their services again!!! They need them to refund my monies!!! At one point the two cleaners were arguing with each other in Spanish!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!

I booked services with this company for a total of 3 times. I do not like to switch cleaners and hope to find one so that we can stick with it. I want to support and help people out and at least tell them what is not working. I booked them the first time when I first moved in the house. There was literally no furniture in the house so it should be an easy clean. One of my toilet was left dirt (picture below). The second time I booked they didn’t even show. I texted them and asked what happened and she just apologized and asked to reschedule which I was find with and didn’t say anything. The third time they came they cleaned and was very nice. Asked for me to do a walk through but I didn’t because I wanted to trust that they did a good job. I did a walk through and it just look like they didn’t even care to clean. I was disappointed and texted Angie. She apologized and said she would give me a $40 discount so I was fine with it. We scheduled for another appointment which we confirmed the night before. The morning of, they asked to reschedule again and this time I asked if there is any way we can get it clean. Angie texted me to let me know that she will do her best to find someone. I texted a follow up but no responded. I would appreciated if they would communicate with is about the status but nothing! Then the next day I decided to text and asked to schedule and of course they texted back immediately! I just don’t understand why they are not communicated! I hate to leave these reviews but just wanted everyone to know/see this. It is very disappointing.
