Introduction: Porter Paints has been in business for 15 years. The company's goal is to always provide 100% client satisfaction. If you need help with choosing a color we have excellent taste and have helped a lot of our previous clients. Hopefully future clients will need help to find the perfect color for the service being requested as well. We take great pride providing 100% client satisfaction. When we do that and see the client satisfied with the work that's what makes the work enjoyable. All the work is started with prepping. Weather it is a full or touch up it is prepped. Then painted to perfection of what the client has asked. Clean up is always to be followed. Seeing the client happy with the work being done that's what makes the job enjoyable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is what I feel as pretty fair. I normally charge $1.00-$2.50 sq ft. I add in that price time, material, and gas ($0.34 a mile) if the job is pretty far.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical start of my work process is starting out emailing first and then if the client would like for me to call them and speak to them over the phone I will. If the client is not comfortable with me going to there home I will request pictures of the locations of the appropriate area needed to be painted. I will set up a day and time to see that I am able to go into there home paint the area or areas that need to be painting.
