- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of work. Roof inspections for repairs or replacements are free. Inspection reports for real estate transactions are paid. We sometimes offer discounts for returning customers or reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the project. Then I schedule an inspection or review photos. After that, I provide a detailed estimate with clear scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work, and make sure everything is clean and done properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor in California with both General Contractor (B) and Roofing (C-39) licenses. My training comes from years of hands-on experience working on real projects, including repairs, full replacements, skylights, and waterproofing systems.
