I have been researching on dry rot repair companies for 2 years and I wasn't successful, I had talked to so many so called dry rot companies but I get nothing other than telling me to replace the full siding of the house. Of course that is more money for them. I was patient and I got lucky this year because I found Peak Construction & Dry Rot Repair. Google did not show this company in the past but I am happy I waited because this company was very easy to talk to. After Alex assessed the issues I pointed out, he prepared an estimate. After a few negotiations, additions, and a few contemplation on my side, reviewing other companies' proposals, I decided to go on a contract with Peak Construction. I am glad I chose them. Alex then put me on schedule, they came on time, and finished quick! They did more than what I bargained for with no extra cost because they found a little more dry rot than what we were expecting but Alex said he would not charge for it since they were minimal, and I very much appreciated that!. The ugly dry rot is gone! They also cleaned up as promised. I will definitely recommend this company if you have dry rot issues because they are honest. Thank you Peak Construction and Dry Rot Repair for making my old house no longer an eye sore. Two thumbs up

I hired Peak Construction to do a kitchen and leaving room remodel. Alex with his contractors did everything from demo to finish and i was impressed with the work. Highly recommended!
