- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is offered through structured programs rather than random single sessions. Pricing depends on the level of support you need, whether you choose in-home training, online coaching, or semi-private training, and how often we meet. Programs may include customized workouts, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, access to my coaching app, progress tracking, and accountability. I am not the lowest-priced option, but my goal is to provide a complete coaching experience that helps you build sustainable results. The best first step is a quick strategy call so we can discuss your goals and determine which option makes the most sense for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a strategy call where we talk through your goals, fitness level, schedule, training preferences, and what type of support you need. From there, I recommend the best coaching option for you. If we are a good fit, I create a customized plan that may include strength workouts, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, accountability, and progress tracking. My goal is to make sure you have a clear plan, realistic expectations, and support both during your workouts and between sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and the owner of KAOS Performance Fitness. I also have specialized training in women’s fitness, including pre/postnatal fitness, strength training, nutrition guidance, behavior change, and sustainable habit coaching. My coaching approach is built around helping women train safely, build strength, improve consistency, and create long-term lifestyle changes instead of relying on extreme workouts or quick fixes.
