- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free, no obligation, in-home consultation. Virtual appointments are available upon request. We honor our local Veterans, Seniors, First Responders & Teachers with a 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The average consultation is 60-90 minutes. During that meeting we determine the customers needs, wants and desires. We also educate the customer on the Project Consultants experience, the benefits of working with Chriswell, and provide the best solutions that we have to offer at a fair price. If everything makes sense to the homeowner and they decide that we are a good fit, we can get them financed in the home or accept a minimal down payment to get the process started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in the fact that all of our Project Consultants and Installers are background checked and are licensed by the CSLB. Additionally, our installers go through specialty training for install techniques for many of our products direct from the manufacturer so that we can offer better warranties.
