- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client needs to know that if they send me photos, the price for the work will be exactly what was agreed upon—it will never go up!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple! I ask you what type of shower or bathtub you have—or if you need any repairs—and request a few photos so I can provide a great price that is completely accurate. Then, we schedule an appointment for a time that works for you; finally, we ask for your address to finalize the details of the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience and have worked with several companies; we deliver high-quality work.
