FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TEXT/CALL me for quotes or appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's never a dull day when you work as a freelancer because you never know who’s going to end up in your makeup chair! I’ve met and worked with women from all walks of life, and it’s my responsibility as the artist to read their social queues, adjust my attitude and make them feel comfortable interacting with me. After all, doing someone’s makeup is a physical, intimate experience and I always want my clients to feel safe and confident in my hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self-taught and MAC certified professional makeup artist and I've been doing it now professionally for 7 years. As an artist, I ensure myself on up to date and all the latest makeup innovations and hot new trends. Beside being professionally trained at MAC Cosmetics every season for the most recent beauty and fashion news, I set aside an hour or two a day to browse on fashion magazines and popular beauty blogs. It is very important to know the trends AND be the trendsetter and share your knowledge and artistry to your clients.
