What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Certain types of texts require more time and effort to translate.This includes medical and legal documents, texts full of professional jargon, religious and spiritual writings. For those types of translations, I usually require my client to send me a 100-300 sample of the material so I can decide how long it will take and how much it will cost.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please be very specific about what you want. Vague requests are very hard to fulfill.
