I was an event manager for over 14 years at J. Ben Bourgeois Productions, Inc., and I am working as a freelance manager. I have experience producing entire events, from the initial the concept through final billing. I manage the design and guest experience plan. I negotiate venue and vendor contracts, produce and maintain line-item budget spreadsheets, production timelines, layouts and diagrams, etc. I am basically your event quarterback through the process.
