Introduction: Heyy! My name is Dana. I offer Wedding and Event Management, Coordination and Planning. We start working with a couple up to 3-6 months before the wedding and organize/continue to assist with all that the couple has planned to that point. We come in the day-of the Wedding and make sure the day moves from A-Z flawlessly. Our package includes: ✨Oversees and manages Wedding Day installation  at ceremony and reception. ✨Assists bride and groom with the creation of a detailed itinerary/timeline.  ✨Oversees and manages the thorough follow through of the itinerary/timeline the day of the Wedding. ✨Reviews itinerary with vendors, photographer, DJ, etc and works closely with MC/DJ to ensure the itinerary follow through . ✨Reception walk through of the venue with the bride/groom prior to the wedding to help arrange floor plan, seating, decor, timeline, etc.  ✨Oversees/manages Vendors in arrival and set up. ✨Point of contact for Vendors and Guests the day of the Wedding.  ✨Organizes and coordinates ceremony and ceremony rehearsal (2 hrs- as needed)  ✨Facilitates a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.  ✨Cues entrances, first dance, family dances, speeches, dinners, toasts, bouquet/grater toss, performances, cake cutting, etc. ✨Organization and distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for wedding party and family. ✨Ensures that all items such as cake topper/knife, place cards, party favors, guest book, (etc.) get to the ceremony and reception and are set up. ✨Assists with organizing seating arrangements, party favors, menu cards, photos, candy bar.
✨Handling of payment distributions/tips the day of the wedding to vendors.  ✨Ensure gifts, cards, personal items and any other important items go to designated car at the end of the night. ✨Assists Wedding guests and Wedding party as needed.
✨Supervision, Management and Coordination the day of the Wedding ✨Fulfill any special/specific tasks or requests of the bride/groom throughout the day.   ✨1 Coordinator, 1 Assistant ✨ 10 -12 hours of service on your event day depending on consultation with Coordinator Up to 2 in person meetings with Coordinator prior to event day, unlimited communication via talk, text, email. Dana was simply amazing!! She was completely professional, efficient, and personable!! Our party was next level because of her. I can’t wait till my next event so I can hire Dana again. I would really recommend anyone who is looking for an awesome professional bartender to look no further than Dana. Oh and her drinks are incredible. Absolutely delicious!!

Oh my goodness!!! An amazing bartending. Dana and her assistant were on time and ready to work. We had an open bar at my wedding and it was just a mad house. They served amazing drinks, were super chill and funny, and were able to get drinks out quickly. Although we had pre made drinks. They were able to make new specialty drinks on the spot. I’m just so happy

We contacted Dana and her team to bartend our baby shower. She responded quickly to our inquiry. She provided us with a decent quote, made us a customized menu for our event and even helped us figure out how much alcohol to buy for the event. Her drinks tasted great. We had about 100 guests and she was fast, friendly and polite. We definitely plan to use her for our future events.

I can’t say enough good things about Dana. She made my vision come to life and was SO helpful on our wedding day. She made sure my planning was as stress free as possible and always gave me tips that benefitted me and my guests. Her attention to detail, knowledge and approachable/fun personality made her the perfect coordinator for me. I honestly wish I had another event to plan because I had so much fun with her. If you're questioning whether or not you need a coordinator, you absolutely do and I can't recommend her enough.

Dana's bartending services are elite. We hired her for to bartend our bachelor party a few months ago. She brought a bar back and they were a great team and a had a good vibe. She was funny, had a great attitude, drinks tasted great, enthusiastic, and attentive. Very professional. There was a good 20 of us and Dana kept up with us pestering her the whole night. We'd hire her again without question.

    Based on the details of your event (location, number or guests), I’m flexible with pricing and we can definitely work out a price that benefits both parties.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a consult where I gather all the information about your event, ask a bunch of clarifying questions and then provide you with a quote. If the client is interested in moving forward, we create a contract/invoice and move forward in planning the service !

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a masters in social work and I can bet you ask how it’s related. That degree expanded my ability to work with and understand people. It enhanced my communication skills, my conflict resolution skills and my problem solving skills. I’m able to stay calm in very stressful situations, engage people, read the room and have a a lot of compassion, patience and empathy. Believe it or not, it helps in this industry!
