Thank goodness we found Blueberry. Sammy listened, estimated the work for exactly what we wanted, explained the plan and was able to schedule service for 2 days later! We requested dampers because the air flow was not balanced in the house. He put in 2 new ducts, dampers, and all new grilles to direct the air right on the bed. I slept 12 hours last night in my air conditioned room. All this and a great price!

We had a great experience with Sammy and Blueberry Air. Sammy was very thorough, professional and his attention to detail exceeded all of the other HVAC pros that came out. For the install, the team showed up on time, were very thorough, pleasant and professional. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves (you could not tell they were here) and hauled away the old unit. We are VERY happy with everything. Our Mini Split A/C unit is super cold and comfy, quiet and the install was done beautifully and flawlessly. There was also an issue with the drain from the old unit that was removed and they had to run a new drain pipe and Sammy included it in the job with no extra charge - not even for the parts. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and we feel the price we paid was a very good value for the high quality of the unit and the excellent work. We would not hesitate to recommend Blueberry Air to anyone in need of great HVAC service or repair!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call : first we want to verify that our skills and services are relevant for the client which we can determine in a five minute call
Site visit : most of our services require a site visit to provide an accurate price , during the visit we will inspect the house thoroughly and will share all our insights with the homeowner, in most cases the price and full scope of work will be delivered during the site visit
Planning and execution: we will make sure to perform the project as effective as possible and answer all the homeowners needs.
