Needed parts replaced on my gravity furnace. Erick gave a detailed and specific price based on the photos and info I gave him. He was prompt, courteous, fast and explained everything he did. I recommend him highly.

Eric was the best! He promised he would be out between 4 and 6, but he got a flat tire and most guys would be like, "sorry, how about tomorrow?" But Eric, even though he had to get a new tire, was there by 6:30 and stayed until our air conitioner was totally fixed! And for a reasonable price. It was soooo hot in our house and 2 other guys were no shows. He's our hero.

Needed our old gas furnace repaired. Erick was super quick to respond, came out the next morning and fixed our furnace in no time. He showed me the specific part he replaced and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how the part was broken. He is very a friendly honest guy, and his prices are competitive! I highly recommend him!!!!

Lack of AC in the house turned out to be a few problems that Erick worked diligently at diagnosing and getting the proper parts under warranty as well as talking me through the situation every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with his hard work and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I Found Erick's Appliance Service thru a friend who was very, very happy with his new A/C & heater. Erick is the best, super friendly, so helpful & very knowledgeable. I needed a new A/C & heater & he installed Payne unit & condenser. He also changed my ductwork at the attic & everything is upgraded & up to code. I can't express how much he impressed me. The price of the unit & everything was very, very reasonable, I compared them to 3 companies. I would highly recommend this honest, professional & very reasonably priced company. I can't thank you enough Erick. I'm very, very happy with his work!!! Thank you so, so, so much!!
