- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges from flat fees for general legal counsel and standard documents, to hourly on more complex matters and matters with less certain duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically request an initial 15-20 minute phone call so our team can get your general information and to set up a free in-person consultation (or if unavailable in person, an over the phone or video conference). In that meeting we will discuss your matter from top to bottom, devise a game plan that fits your needs, sign a retainer agreement and then get to work for you immediately.
