FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced individually based on the specific scope of work, design details, and material selections. No two homes are the same, and we believe pricing should accurately reflect what your project truly requires. Nothing more and nothing less. We provide detailed, transparent estimates so you understand exactly where your investment is going. There are no hidden fees and no surprise add-ons. If any changes arise during the project, they are clearly discussed and approved before moving forward. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results with full clarity from day one, so you can plan confidently and avoid unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be clear, organized, and stress-free. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, budget range, and timeline. This allows us to fully evaluate the scope of work and any site-specific considerations. After the consultation, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining the project scope, materials, and projected costs. If adjustments are needed, we review everything together and refine it until it aligns with your expectations. Once approved, we move forward with a signed agreement and establish a clear project schedule. From there, we handle coordination, permitting (if required), and construction, keeping you informed at every stage so the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 18 years in the construction industry, our experience comes from both hands-on fieldwork and high-level project management. We’ve successfully managed hundreds of projects, from detailed interior remodels to full-scale new construction builds. Our background includes working with established construction firms before launching our own company, which gave us deep exposure to every phase of residential construction: planning, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, structural work, and final finishes. That span of experience allows us to anticipate challenges before they arise and guide projects efficiently from start to finish.
