FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not that complicated. For group, I will charge $15 a hour per person(with 3 couples minimum). After that, my price will go down if more people show up. Let's pretend I have 20 dancers, I may charge then $8 a hour or less. I also give discount for people willing to take at least 10 classes with me 9paid in advance). For private (French or dance lesson), I charge $55 a hour and semi-private is $50 for both ($25 each), but here also I have discount for serious students
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make my customer comfortable and every additional info from me are clearly welcome. I am an open book with my customer. I also gladly give my complete dance resume upon demand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend swing camps the most often I can. For instance, the new trend is the Swop, a mixture of swing, break-dancing and hip hop. I keep myself in shape by taking almost everyday classes like Jazz, turns, ballet, tap and more, I continue learning swing routines being a part of the Memories Swing Team or to improve my swing technique with the best teachers around, which is , of course, beneficial to my customers
