Introduction: Wedding planning brings us so much joy, and we hope that some of that joy can flow into you. There is a ton of work and effort that goes into creating this magical day, and it can be hard to be removed the day-of. We work to truly absorb your vision, so we can put everything together just the way you pictured. Our team will take over the behind the scenes aspects to make sure all of your hard work comes to fruition! We encourage our clients throughout planning by breaking down the large daunting task of wedding planning into smaller more manageable tasks. After years in the service industry and then even more years working weddings we are quick on our feet, pro problem solvers, and masters at keeping calm in even the highest of pressure situations. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Alexa could not have been more helpful with the planning and coordinating for my wedding. I felt so overwhelmed at the beginning and had no idea where to even begin, but after working with her she made the planning process fun an enjoyable (which I didn’t even think was possible) She tailored everything to my needs and helped me carry out my visions while giving me GREAT organization and budgeting tips along the way! She was helpful with every step of the process and she is awesome and fun to work with!!! Her attention to detail and work ethic is beyond anything I could have asked for and my wedding would have been a MESS without her help but instead she performed miracles and the big day went on without a hitch!!!! You would be CRAZY not to hire her to help with your big day! Her prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the personal effort she puts in. She made me feel like a top priority not just another client.... She is a stress relieving angel and I can’t recommend her enough!!

Alexa was an amazing day-of coordinator at my brunch wedding in April. We met with her before our event and went over all our details, plus she attended our rehearsal. With her experience, she made sure we'd covered every important aspect of the wedding day, and it was such a relief and help to know that she was in touch with the vendors. On the day, she executed all of our set-up perfectly, stayed on top of our timeline (that she helped us with!), and worked wonderfully with the on-site event manager. We didn't have a DJ; instead we had a playlist and a speaker, and Alexa was wonderful working within that dynamic, announcing us and helping us make announcements as needed. Most important, her demeanor was calm, happy, and helpful throughout the process! I've had more than one guest mention how sweet and helpful she was. We're SO thankful we found Alexa! We highly recommend her!

Our dream wedding came true thanks to Alexa. I cannot thank her enough! When my husband and I first started planning our wedding, we really had no clue where to start. After hearing about Alexa through mutual friends, I contacted her company and she was super quick to respond to all of my many questions. After that, the rest is history! Alexa was there every step of the way and made the whole wedding process a breeze. Alexa is so attentive and prompt responding to emails and helped with everything from choosing vendors, to suggesting Honeymoon locations, to every little detail about our day. She was so thorough, and our day could not have gone smoother! Her team is incredible, and her connections in the wedding community in LA are invaluable. After the wedding was over, at least half the guests mentioned how it was one of the most beautiful, most put-together wedding they have attended. Even my photographer and videographers thought it was one of the smoothest weddings they have worked. Overall, I couldn't have picked a better team to help plan out my big day and cannot recommend the Wedding Planner LA enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 packages based on your needs and pricing variations within each package to fit your unique circumstance. You can find the full list of package inclusions and pricing on our website. A few snapshot package inclusions are offered below! DAY OF COORDINATION: -Ample communication throughout the month leading up to the wedding *NOTE: our "day-of" coordination package, actually begins a month prior to your wedding. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once clients have reached out, we will schedule an initial meeting to learn more about your wedding vision and answer any questions you may have about our packages and pricing. Following the meeting we will send you a contract to look over to make sure all of your needs are met. If everything looks good, clients can secure our services by returning a signed copy of the contract and paying the deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, clients are sent a link to our "Client's Page" on our website where they will find helpful resources for planning a wedding and forms they can fill out to let us know details about their special day. These forms vary depending on what package you have booked. We will also schedule a meeting shortly after booking to work with to create an initial timeline draft. Although our Day-of coordination clients won't begin regularly working with us until about 4-6 weeks prior to their wedding, we find an initial timeline useful when booking your other vendors, so we like to assist you with this as soon as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the wedding industry for over 10 years! We are highly experienced in all things wedding related, value a thorough plan, and work well under pressure. While experience goes a long way, our passion is what sets us apart. We absolutely love wedding planning and cannot wait to share that love with you!
