I’m a certified dog groomer and grooming instructor based in a private salon in North Hollywood. I’m not a mobile groomer and do not work from a grooming van each appointment takes place in my calm, private space where I work one on one with every dog. Surly was lovely and excellent with my dog, Lucy. She was the only groomer who responded to my post as all I need was her nails done. I was so impressed with her gentleness. Surly also discovered Lucy had an ear infection, cleaned her ears and gave Lucy lots of kisses! I have every intention to ask her to come back. Lucy is recovering from leg surgery and I can’t get her in and out of the very easily. I am so glad I found Surly as is Lucy!
