EE did a great job for me. They worked professionally, were on time, did what they said they would do at the quoted price. I think they are very knowledgeable and experienced electricians. I will hire them again.

We needed an outlet modified to charge a Tesla. I searched around and Emergency One responded promptly and followed up diligently. They had excellent experience and their pricing was competitive. They did the job on time, on budget (no surprises) and the work seems high quality. I would use them again.

I spoke with Jack on the phone for 20 + minutes explaining the problem I was having. He suggested to troubleshot the issue instead of just re-wiring the kitchen. He quoted the cost as a $75 dollar service charge plus 35 dollars and hour and that he would be here at 10AM. The 75 dollar service charge would not be charged if I did the work with him. At 9:30, another person from his company called and said the service charge is now $150 and the hourly charge is 70$ because he was sending two guys. Wasted a lot of my time as I told other electricians not to come. His explanation was that I asked for a re-wire and now its troubleshooting. When the price was quoted on the phone, he knew this was a troubleshooting job because we talked about the issue for 20 minutes. Save your time and find a company that honors their word and does not bait and switch. Truly unbelievable.
Emergency Electric One's reply
Before you can fix the issue you must first troubleshoot and determine a possible solution. After speaking with you, you were sure to rewire and rewiring takes two guys. One to feed the wires and one to pull. We called to confirm before arriving and you said you did not want to pay for two guys. We quoted $35 hourly rate and two guys equals $70, we tried to accommodate your needs but it was not possible to rewire with one guy and you did not want to pay.
