Marlena is an amazing instructor! She caters the flows to your physical needs, and the effort she puts into researching the benefits of different poses is apparent. I knew I had to take private lessons with her after an impromptu demo she gave me after I complained about neck tension. Side note, I’ve found taking private lessons as a beginner is way more beneficial and gives you an accelerated introduction to yoga. I think everyone can gain something beautiful when working with Marlena.

PRICE RAISE: 1.) If I travel to you. 2.)When renting a studio space (preferable for first few sessions). DISCOUNTS: 1.) If you travel to me. 2.) Upon 5 class pack purchase. Online sessions also available
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working together I ask, What do you want to work on within your practice? Then during our first session we’ll go through a full sequence that is focused on your goals but also assesses mobility, strength, flexibility and breath. From there we discuss and assess together to see what will continue to serve you most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200hr YT certification.
