Akira has been exceptionally professional, communicative and friendly. Our son will be taking Japanese as a high schooler next year and so he is getting a jump start with lessons this summer. Akira gave us all of the information needed on what work books to get, online tutorials, and the lessons are fun, per our son. Highly recommend.

I’ve been learning Japanese with Akira for the last 2 months and I love, I like that we set the pace depending on how I’m doing and it’s becoming a routine already which is essential when learning a new language. The lessons are diverse, dynamic and it’s a pleasure to keep on learning.

My son really enjoyed his first lesson learning Japanese. He’s traveling to Japan and we wanted him to be able to understand the language. Akira does an amazing job teaching Japanese. I highly recommend his tutoring.

The trial lesson he and I did was really excellent. He dove right into the material and gave me a good sense of how he teaches and where the lessons will go from there. He made me work my brain right from the beginning giving me a great sense of how much I can improve by learning with him. All and all he seems like an excellent teacher who is driven to helping you learn and who caters each lesson to the individual he is teaching. I definitely recommend learning with him.
