Chef Cedric and his team were wonderful to work with. We were able to ask Chef and his team to cook for our rehearsal dinner before our wedding with our family and close friends. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The setting was intimate, yet the service was professional. The food was amazing, it took me right back to some of my favorite French fine dining experiences. I was amazed by every dish and could feel the Chef’s passion and talent in every plate. The team was also wonderful, and they all left the kitchen spotless after taking the time to prep and serve us the food. The guests are already talking about the next opportunity we may have to taste the Chef’s dishes again. I look forward to hiring Chef Cedric and his team again in the future! Chef Cedric and his team were phenomenal. We had a big birthday dinner and it was such a beautiful and delicious meal. We recently hosted a very special dinner at our backyard to celebrate our union with 40 friends, and we were looking for a chef who could deliver a true Michelin level experience. Chef Cedric, Samantha and his team absolutely delivered! From the very beginning, communication with Chef Cedric was easy and clear. He took the time to understand the kind of evening we were envisioning and as it is a bigger event, he came to our home for a tasting session. Every dish on the menu was rich, thoughtful, and incredibly delicious. And from that day, we just trusted him completely! We had about 10 friends with allergies and dietary restrictions, and Chef Cedric went above and beyond to accommodate each one. Everyone felt so included and cared for (two friends who have egg and dairy allergies said that was probably the only event they could actually enjoy all the food!) A few days before the event, he called me to make sure everything was on track and had a list of questions to confirm all the details. That extra step really reassured me that we were all good to go. On the day of the event, the whole team arrived on time hours before the dinner and fully prepared, complete with beautifully printed menus that matched the rest of my table decoration. My friends are still raving about the food! They can’t stop talking about the beef Wellington, the quality of the meat and those perfectly crispy layers. And the langoustine with parmigiano and truffle emulsion? Let’s just say, some of my friends admitted they practically "slurped" every drop of that sauce. I personally loved the scallop tartare, they were so fresh! And the mashed potato...the creamiest I've ever tried! After the dinner, I walked into the kitchen and to my surprise, it was spotless...like nothing had ever happened. Everything was cleaned up, and all the leftover food was neatly packed and stored in the fridge. We got to enjoy another delicious meal the next day. Every member of Chef Cedric’s team was professional, kind, and just a joy to have in our home. My girlfriends told me, “the team was so in sync, it didn’t even feel like they were cooking in the kitchen.” Everything was so smooth and professional. They brought such a bright, positive energy that made the entire evening feel even more special. I truly can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for the incredible service they provided. My goal for the night was to gather all my loved ones and make sure they were well-fed and happy—and thanks to Chef Cedric and his team, that goal was more than fulfilled. It was truly an unforgettable evening! What started as a short review became a long one...and I felt that every detail was worth sharing. :)
