Chef Cedric, Samantha, and their team are amazing. They made our anniversary/birthday party of 40 people a memorable event. All our guests left raving about the food, service, and smiles from his team. Cedric is so easy to work with from the planning process to the day of the event. I am looking for an excuse to have him back!

We recently hosted a very special dinner at our backyard to celebrate our union with 40 friends, and we were looking for a chef who could deliver a true Michelin level experience. Chef Cedric, Samantha and his team absolutely delivered! From the very beginning, communication with Chef Cedric was easy and clear. He took the time to understand the kind of evening we were envisioning and as it is a bigger event, he came to our home for a tasting session. Every dish on the menu was rich, thoughtful, and incredibly delicious. And from that day, we just trusted him completely! We had about 10 friends with allergies and dietary restrictions, and Chef Cedric went above and beyond to accommodate each one. Everyone felt so included and cared for (two friends who have egg and dairy allergies said that was probably the only event they could actually enjoy all the food!) A few days before the event, he called me to make sure everything was on track and had a list of questions to confirm all the details. That extra step really reassured me that we were all good to go. On the day of the event, the whole team arrived on time hours before the dinner and fully prepared, complete with beautifully printed menus that matched the rest of my table decoration. My friends are still raving about the food! They can’t stop talking about the beef Wellington, the quality of the meat and those perfectly crispy layers. And the langoustine with parmigiano and truffle emulsion? Let’s just say, some of my friends admitted they practically "slurped" every drop of that sauce. I personally loved the scallop tartare, they were so fresh! And the mashed potato...the creamiest I've ever tried! After the dinner, I walked into the kitchen and to my surprise, it was spotless...like nothing had ever happened. Everything was cleaned up, and all the leftover food was neatly packed and stored in the fridge. We got to enjoy another delicious meal the next day. Every member of Chef Cedric’s team was professional, kind, and just a joy to have in our home. My girlfriends told me, “the team was so in sync, it didn’t even feel like they were cooking in the kitchen.” Everything was so smooth and professional. They brought such a bright, positive energy that made the entire evening feel even more special. I truly can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for the incredible service they provided. My goal for the night was to gather all my loved ones and make sure they were well-fed and happy—and thanks to Chef Cedric and his team, that goal was more than fulfilled. It was truly an unforgettable evening! What started as a short review became a long one...and I felt that every detail was worth sharing. :)

Cedric and a team of five (including servers) cooked for a group of 28 people at my home. The best summary to the quality of his work is that, when he left, all my guests stood and gave him a huge round of applause. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the value exceptional. Guests were seated at a large table in the kitchen, at a couple of tables on the patio, and at a low table in the living room. Cedric and his team navigated the space effortlessly, reaching everyone and taking their time to address the request of each guest. For those who might worry about having a team working in your home, let me reassure you: they were so discreet it felt as if they were barely there—yet somehow, they were everywhere at once—helping guests, chatting warmly, and even offering to pour wine and prepare drinks, despite that not being part of their official service. This was a retirement party, and it was memorable in no small part thanks to Cedric’s remarkable work. Last but not least, when they left, the kitchen was spotless, and the leftover food and desserts were neatly packed in boxes and arranged on the table. From now on, for any event like this, Cedric will be at the top of my list.
