I grew up cooking and eating his way around New York City. Growing up in the Bronx, I always loved food. I began learning to cook from my mother and grandmother at a young age. My passion for food drew him to start working in restaurants in high school. I began honing his skills early on in kitchens all over New York City, starting at seafood restaurants on City Island, eventually making his way to Michelin star eateries in Manhattan. My love of food carried into my adult life. Over the past decade my focus switched to working smaller pop ups, parties, and catered private events. My cooking style combines his Caribbean roots with his love for food from around the world.
