- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do, pricing is based on the scope of work or services provided at competitive rates. Jobs under $1000.00 receive 5% off disc and jobs over $1000.00 recieve 10% off discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to customer needs and past previous problems with the plumbing systems gives us the opportunity to tackle any issue once and for all.
