Introduction: "Put professional architectural photography to work for you" is what I strongly believe in. A poweful image speaks for you and your work -- far better than words, usually. Am an established photographer with clients throughout the Los Angeles area, specializing in commercial and residential architectural photography. Yet, product, food, and event photography fit right in with my years of experience as a commercial director for national clients.. Mine is not a point-and-shoot service; I believe taking great care to capture any subject while using state-of-the-art equipment. My quotes are realistically based and flexible once we've met (which I do without charge) and have discussed in detail what you're looking for. I enjoy working with clients on projects of any size to get the best results possible. I invite you to log onto my website for examples of my work and for more information.

Kent knew exactly how to capture our new boutiques in the best light. His interior and exterior photographs of our stores are beautiful, and they have been essential for our communications efforts. Kent is so easy to work with! I highly recommend him for anyone’s professional photographic needs. Laura Q. Hughes, Director of Communications, Ildico Inc., Beverly Hills

Kent is such a joy to work with, and his talent speaks for itself when you look at his work. He is the consummate perfectionist and presents a superior portfolio at the end of each assignment. I’ve worked with Kent for many years, including employing his coverage (including outstanding food photography) for the past four years of the LA Philharmonic’s opening gala at Disney Hall. I highly recommend Kent for any photographic assignment. Gai Klass, Gai Klass Event Production, Marina del Rey for

Kent is a pleasure to work with. He is a professional every step of the way. He was able to help us with our company photo and stage all our 151 employees (we have grown since). The picture came out better than we imagined. Kent was able to capture great lighting before sunrise and just took our company photo to a new level. Thank you Kent.

I have had the pleasure of working on Kent for several occasions. Kent provides first class photography. I am an Interior Designer and Kent captures the space just as I envision it to appear. Everything is professional and first rate. The quality is all that I could hope for. I highly recommend Kent's services.

Kent Wilson accepted the challenge of photographing my life-size white-on-white sculpted nudes on canvas paintings. This body of work was titled BARE SOCIETY. The white-on-white was extremely difficult to light and Kent spent many enthusiastic hours working to get the definition the art required. The outcome was stellar! Any other photographer would have turned down the job but Kent was innovative and created some techniques that made the white-on-white “pop”! I definitely chose the right man for the job. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I prefer to tailor my pricing to the needs of the project. Quick Thumbtack bids are fine as a starting point, when followed by in-depth discussions of what's required, mainly what you're looking for, and adjusting the price to fit the project. I'm happy to meet with you at the location, without charge or obligation, to review your project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To meet at the location, as far ahead of photography as possible, to discuss all the details, to insure the right equipment is on hand, to plan a shooting schedule, to plan for best light, etc. Most importantly, to fully appreciate what you're looking for.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduate of University of Missouri School of Journalism, which publishes a daily paper for which I covered many assignments as photographer. Following four years in the Navy, I earned an MFA from UCLA in television and film production -- invaluable training for what followed as a producer of commercials for Young & Rubicam Inc. and later as director of commercials for national clients.

Not what you’re looking for?

No problem: we have pros for every job.
