Mario was absolutely fantastic! He helped us set up a new WiFi system to replace what we previously had in our home, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. He was knowledgeable, responsive and patient throughout the process. He also took extra care with wire management and made smart suggestions to improve our overall connection and performance. Mario spent the time to walk us through features, answered every question, and made sure everything was working before he left. We’ll be working with him for all of our future AV needs.
