Mario was absolutely fantastic! He helped us set up a new WiFi system to replace what we previously had in our home, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. He was knowledgeable, responsive and patient throughout the process. He also took extra care with wire management and made smart suggestions to improve our overall connection and performance. Mario spent the time to walk us through features, answered every question, and made sure everything was working before he left. We’ll be working with him for all of our future AV needs. First, I got an initial email response from Mario at SoHo in about 20 minutes. After I briefly explained the frustrating situation relating to the TV (it turned out to be a cable/HDMI issue) Mario set an appointment with me for about an hour later which I thought was amazing. He and his helpful assistant, Ruben showed up on time. They analyzed the problem, replaced a cable box, converted the system from IR to RF and the TV is working perfectly. I highly recommend SoHo...
