We hired Lyova to cut and place new tiles beside, behind, and along the sides of our new stove after replacing a built-in countertop unit.
He was responsive soon after I messaged him, and he was able to come out and complete the work on short notice.
He completed the work as described, accepting modifications as the job went on. He was very respectful of the space (cleaned up after himself, took his shoes off), and he provided good quality at a fair price.
I would hire Lyova again

Lyova did an amazing job on the tile work in both of our bathrooms. He got everything done when he said he would. The tile came out clean, even, and honestly better than I expected. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I’d definitely call him again for any future work.
From the beginning, he was professional and easy to work with. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s doing—he pays attention to the small things and makes sure it’s done right. He’s also very kind, which made the whole process super smooth. Besides the tile, he also installed our bathroom doors and shower doors, and those came out great too. Everything lines up perfectly and looks really nice.
Overall, the quality of his work is truly impressive. Everything was finished with care and looks amazing. I’m extremely satisfied and will for sure hire Lyova again for any other projects we have.

Lyova did a fantastic job on our bathroom floor tile and kitchen backsplash, including repairing the bathroom subfloor. His rates were reasonable, he was efficient and very conscientious. I'm an out of town property owner and I was able to work with him via phone, text and pictures. It was a leap of faith for both of us and he did a great job. Very responsive and also a very nice person.

I contacted Leva to help with installing tile on my kitchen and laundry area floors, covering a 300 ft² space. Additionally, fixing the tile in my living room and grouting. Despite the poor service I had received from a previous contractor, Leva listened to my concerns and worked closely with me to ensure the job was done right. He showed great care and attention to detail as he installed, cut, cleaned, and grouted the tile. I can confidently say that I highly recommend Leva for his expertise in tiling.
