Initial response and proof of insurance was timely, scheduling was easy and within the range of dates wanted. Pricing was competitive. I was asked clarifying questions and notified early of a needed schedule change. The work (service of 3 palm trees with clean up) was efficiently performed and was completed as I wanted/expected.

They do quality work (no hacking away recklessly) at very fair prices, they listen and care about customer satisfaction, they respect your property, work safely and leave the area spotless. I had my large Sycamore Treetrimmed by 5 Star Tree Service, and I couldnt be happier with the results! The crew did an absolutely amazing job. My trees look beautiful, and healthy. Delfino, was wonderful to work with. He took his time to make sure everything was done safely and with great care. Our process is simple and customer focused. First, we discuss your needs and schedule a time to view the job. We then provide a free, detailed estimate and explain the work involved.
Once approved, we schedule the service at a time that works for you. We complete the job safely and efficiently, and make sure everything is cleaned up before we leave. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 25 years of hands on experience the tree service industry, along with a California C-49 contractors license for tree and palm work. This license requires passing a state exam and demonstrates in depth knowledge of tree care, safety, and proper industry practices.
My experience and training allow me to handle everything from trimming to removals safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. We take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable work on every job.
