- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard rate. But since every clients layout is different, most prices are given on a case by case basis. Flat mounting tv installs are $90. Articulating start at $125. Running wires locally to the tv's INSIDE the wall are an additional $25 to $60 depending on the wall material and stud blockage of course. Most camera installs in residences are about $90 per camera to install, configure, and connect to the dvr/nvr. RING doorbells are $50 to install and configure on the app. Hard- wiring doorbells are extra of course because this entails cutting walls or crawling in attics or basements. remote control custom programming is $75 for URC or RTI for a one room system. Nest thermostat is $60 to connect to existing wires and connecting to your app.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a free initial consultation over the phone or skype/facetime. Afterwards, we can schedule an in person visit for free if a set price or hourly price is agreed upon. If many further aspects of the layout are needed before the visit and an agreed price, we charge $25 trip fee to consult in person. This is applied to the final budget if hired.

Mostly on the-job training We continuosly take training courses at our wholesale distributors that are given by reputable manufacturers. We also partake in online training for network and new products in security, audio/video, automation, and lighting control I am CONTROL 4 Certified
