I cannot say enough wonderful things about these people. I looked for water damage cleanup on thumbtack after a leak (overlooked by our EX roofer) caused water to run through the walls after heavy rains. Thanks to our mitigation pm Stefan we were well informed about the mold removal process, which I’m glad they caught in their spection, and we got our home back within a month. I thought it would take way longer. Happily writing this from my beautiful living room that looked like a nightmare when this all started. You would never know if you didn’t know!

Overall, not a great experience working with this company. The crew that completed the actual work was great. The scheduling and communication regarding pricing and timeline of project completion was the issue. We had minor mold and water damage in a closet, which overall took about 5 days to finish - 2 of those days being used to dry out the closet after wood was treated. Complaints: 1. Linda was late to the estimate appointment by about 1.5 hours and didn’t call to let us know. 2. Gave us a quote for 2 closets. Did not explain breakdown of costs or that an additional test for asbestos needed to be done. 3. Crew lets us know that the water damage was minor and did not affect the second closet which is separated by gap that has a vent running down it. Finishes the job and says they are done, not done for the day not going to lunch, done. We contact Linda to explain this and ask for new quote since it’s half the job that was anticipated. She says oh no the guys will be back to finish the other closet. They do not return as there was no more work to be done on their part. We insist that we do not want to do the other closet but she insists that there is damage. This comes off as deceitful and just trying to get more money. She offered us $400 discount. We asked for an explanation for why we were only getting $400 reduced in the price. Turns out she had given us a lower price than their base price for a job. Again pricing was never broken down to us. We did end up getting another $400 discount after speaking with Stefan, who I’m guessing is a higher-up. At this point, although we felt like we had been taken advantage of initially and Linda had been unprofessional, we were satisfied and grateful with the new price. 4. It continued downhill because a job that was started 6/11/25 took until 7/8/25 to complete. This was because it took over a week to schedule a crew to come back out to put the drywall back up. Like I said, the actual work/necessary wait time was 5 days. Linda said another person, Chris, would schedule it. He did reach out promptly at first but then would not call back or take the call when we tried speaking to him to figure out when a crew would come back to finish. It almost seemed like to me that this small job was not worth their time. Mind you, it was a small job from the very beginning. If that was the case, they should have just said they don’t do small jobs and not have taken the job. Again, the guys who completed the repairs were great, and if it were just about them, then I’d give 5 stars. Stefan was also helpful but overall, we did not have a good experience and would not recommend. Attached is a before picture.

We estimate our work based the amount of affected areas and extent of affected materials that needs to get removed. Please note, our estimate doesn't include testing charges that are being done by 3rd parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule an on-site free inspection. 2. Finding the source of the damage. 3. Remediation of the damage. 4. Fixing the source of loss. 5. Repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
