FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always based on the scope and extent of the damage — not guesswork. Each estimate reflects the square footage affected, materials impacted, and the work needed to restore your property safely. We provide detailed written estimates before starting any work, so you always know what to expect. Testing for asbestos, lead, or mold is handled by independent third-party labs and billed separately. Whether you’re working through insurance or paying out of pocket, we focus on fair, transparent pricing and keeping you informed every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make restoration simple and stress-free: 1) Free on-site inspection – We assess the damage and explain what’s needed. 2) Identify the source – We locate and confirm the cause of the issue to prevent future problems. 3) Mitigation & cleanup – Our certified team removes affected materials, dries, and sanitizes the area. 4) Source correction – If repairs are needed to stop the issue, we help coordinate or complete them. 5) Restoration & rebuild (if needed) – For clients who need full restoration, we can also handle reconstruction and finishing work, ensuring your property is returned to pre-loss condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and applied structural drying, ensuring all work follows industry standards for safety and quality. We also hold a California General Building Contractor License, which allows us to manage both mitigation and reconstruction work with full compliance and professionalism. With years of hands-on experience and ongoing training, we stay current with the latest restoration techniques and materials.
