FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, transparent pricing based on industry standards and IICRC guidelines. For insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster so you’re not stuck in the middle. Most emergency water, fire, and mold jobs are billed through insurance, and we never inflate or add unnecessary fees. For non-insurance jobs, we offer upfront estimates with no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a fast on-site inspection to assess the damage and explain what needs to be done step-by-step. Once you approve the plan, we begin mitigation immediately to prevent further damage. We document everything with photos, moisture readings, and reports, and if it’s an insurance claim, we handle the communication and paperwork for you. Throughout the job, we keep you updated until the property is fully restored.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Mold Remediation. Our team follows S500 and S520 industry standards, uses commercial-grade drying and decontamination equipment, and stays up to date with continuing education to meet the strict requirements for insurance-approved restoration work.
