- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new inquiry, I start by sending over detailed information about my services and packages so you can get a clear sense of how I work and what support looks like. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll hop on a call to talk through your vision—whether that’s for your travel plans, wedding, or event—and make sure we’re aligned on goals, priorities, and expectations. If you’d like to move forward, I’ll send over a contract. Once that’s signed, we officially get started! We’ll then schedule another call to dive into the nitty-gritty details, lock things down, and create a clear plan of action. From there, I get to work bringing everything to life. I work very closely with my clients throughout the process, so making sure we vibe and communicate well from the start is incredibly important to me. That relationship is a big part of what makes the experience smooth, fun, and successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to film school and spent many years working in television production management, where I handled logistics, timelines, budgets, contracts, and large teams on tight deadlines. That background taught me how to stay organized, anticipate problems before they happen, and keep complex projects running smoothly—skills that directly translate to events, weddings, and travel planning. As I transitioned into this field, I’ve also taken several courses and trainings specifically focused on event planning and travel planning to ensure I wasn’t just relying on transferable skills, but pairing them with industry-specific knowledge and best practices. My goal has always been to combine the structure, precision, and problem-solving of TV production with the creativity and personal touch needed for weddings, events, and travel—so my clients get both a seamless experience and a truly thoughtful one.
