- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our experienced and professional technicians will come and diagnose your issue for $145. If an install is recommended, this charge will be credited towards the cost of a new unit should you choose to continue working with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you let us know that you're interested in our services, you will get a call from our friendly and personable customer service rep to schedule your appointment and assist in answering any questions you may have.
