I hired elegant and modern events for a dessert/candy table as well they’re florist services and man did they deliver! Michelle & Eimee really took my vision and brought it to life beyond my expectations. I was going for a very chic industrial look for a 30th birthday party and they left everyone talking about how beautiful the setup was! Can’t wait to hire them for future events

Came hours early before the event to setup the beautiful dessert display. They used a backdrop that really fit with my UnDead Prom theme. There was a variety of treats that my guests enjoyed. The most compliments were on their cupcakes & dirt pudding. The communication with them was wonderful and there was never any issue that arose. Looking forward to using them next year for my same annual event.

This review is super late, but E&M was absolutely amazing at coordinating my wedding and I felt so incredibly lucky to have found them by chance on Thumbtack! I had them do day of coordination and also got my cake and desserts done with them. They decorated the ceremony and reception hall exactly as I envisioned it and it was so beautiful! The desserts and cake were so delicious and gorgeous. I got many many compliments from my guests for the desserts. The quality they delivered was amazing and the pricing was great. I had a slight makeup delay on the day of and I was super anxious, but Eimee did a great job of keeping us on track and communicating constantly with the officiant and MC to keep things running smoothly. Setup and cleanup was on time and I was able to fully enjoy the rest of my wedding (minus makeup disaster) thanks to their amazing assistance.

I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable.
During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding.
We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache.
They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well!
We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved!
While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding.
What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up!
Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests!
I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!
