Peter was very helpful and efficient, and I am happy with the work he did. He did everything! He painted a master bedroom and bathroom, installed a new fire alarm, replaced broken fixtures in the bathroom, repaired a toilet, installed a new front door knob and lock, and a bunch of other things, and did it all in a timely manner.

In the summer, I hired this guy to clean up land that was taken over by homeless and mentally ill people. He gave a really low price for clearing the land that had a lot of illegal dumping done to it. There was a bunch of trash and furniture. There was a hill of lithium batteries in a pile. He and his workers spread the lithium batteries and buried them. The point was to make it look like he did more work than he did. The land now smokes and burns. Plus we have to pay someone to remove the spread out batteries that have now been exposed to heat and the elements for months. I had to call the fire department on 11/18/2024 to put out the fire. Now I have a violation notice on top of the other violation notice from the county. He literally cost me money instead of saying he couldn't do the work. He did everything I told him not to do: pulled up the vegetation and mixed the batteries into the dirt.
