Thanks Peter, he did a nice concrete side walks and my backyard and he removed the old shut concrete and he did very nice slope with drainage system, I am happy for what he did , I will work with him for sure

Peter was very fast in responses. Top notch. He came the first time and we had difficulty removing the faucet. We had to grind it off. He indicated that he needed more because it's usually a 1 he job. We paid $100 more for his efforts for total of $220. We had to call him again next day because we've noticed that the valve leaked. So that was another $130+ $41 for parts +$20 tip. What would have been cool is if he noticed that the valves leaked on day one to avoid extra cost...
