Peter was very fast in responses.
Top notch.

He came the first time and we had difficulty removing the faucet. We had to grind it off. He indicated that he needed more because it's usually a 1 he job. We paid $100 more for his efforts for total of $220.

We had to call him again next day because we've noticed that the valve leaked. So that was another $130+ $41 for parts +$20 tip.

What would have been cool is if he noticed that the valves leaked on day one to avoid extra cost...

Peter was very helpful and efficient, and I am happy with the work he did. He did everything! He painted a master bedroom and bathroom, installed a new fire alarm, replaced broken fixtures in the bathroom, repaired a toilet, installed a new front door knob and lock, and a bunch of other things, and did it all in a timely manner.
