Fantastic, showed up on time and on the dot, called half an hour before arrival to inform me the ETA. Analyzed the damage and quoted a price which was very acceptable considering they make house call. Finished fast with work well done. The only thing is I wish I had gotten the repair person's name so I can give him a shout out and I didn't get a receipt.

I wasn't convinced he knew too much about treadmill repair. Looked on his phone to much for guidance. He wasn't prepared to fix the treadmill, he diagnosed the problem and that was it. After I called someone else to finish the job.

Furniture And Repairs inc's reply

Hello Carl, Although we would love to have you fully satisfied, we are happy that the technician was able to do a successful inspection and diagnose the problem with your treadmill, which by no means is an easy task. We are happy that your treadmill works and we were a small part of the project. Thank you for your honest review!
