Roman fixed the dishwasher in my ADU after it took a bit of a beating from a recent tenant. Sent him pics of the model info. sticker and broken parts, and a description of the issues, he came out the next day and fixed it up in short order. The heat dry button on the control panel didn’t light up, impossible to tell if it was on or off. He could have sold me an expensive replacement part for the out-of warranty appliance, but when I told him that I never used that function, he recommended disconnecting the heating coil instead. Saved me time and money, will be bringing him back next time an appliance needs a tuneup. Great attention to detail, buffed out a couple rust spots, checked and cleaned the filters, and started a cycle with a cleaning tablet.
