- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First-time clients receive a discount. Rates vary slightly depending on location and the type of service. I occasionally offer promotions, and I’m happy to discuss package rates for ongoing support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a short conversation to understand your goals and any relevant physical or emotional concerns. Depending on the service, I may observe and assess flexibility or quality of movement to determine what would be most helpful. I tailor each session to your needs and create a safe, welcoming environment. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, I meet you where you are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications in yoga (500 hours), sound healing, stretch therapy, and Ayurvedic counseling. I also have a BA in Anthropology with a minor in Dance and over 10 years of personal practice in movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
