- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by first doing an extensive assessment which includes a 3D Body scan that provides real time details about the clients weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, inches and more. I then do a fitness assessment to find out the clients physical strengths and weaknesses which helps to determine the starting point and intensity of the program. After this information is gathered, the client and I will sit and discuss the results, nutritional habits and expectations, set realistic goals, and decide on the course of their training. This provides both the client and I with a clear picture of what’s ahead and what is expected throughout the journey, which ultimately leads to great results.

I am a certified Master trainer which makes me certified in 6 areas of expertise, including weight loss, youth, seniors, nutrition, rehabilitation, and group fitness instruction. I am also a Certified Women's Health Specialist.
