- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For residential we charge $8 per panel and offer 20% discount for first time cleanings. We honor the 20% discount for customers who opt-in to biannual or quarterly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its a very smooth and straightforward process, we simply ask how many panels the customer has, if their home is one-story or two, then we pick a day and time that works best for us to come out and clean the panels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in solar for over 5 years and prior to that worked in construction for 10+ years. In those 5 years of working in solar, I learned every facet of the industry. From the inner workings of a solar system, what kind of equipment and technology is used in the installation, to dealing with the utility companies and pulling permits from the city. And in my 10+ years in construction I learned what it takes to run a job site, how to work with ladders, on roofs, and maintain strong customer relationships.
