Hello we had a big project done. Roofing, solar, ac, main service panel upgrade, rewire, and upgraded carport. I honestly was very disappointed, they were recommended by my sister and I was expecting a smooth project because that's what she had, and that's what we were promised by Elery, Levon, Arthur but it was the opposite. They blamed each other when things went wrong. The sub contractors were always late or sometimes they would not show up. They kept coming back because stuff wasn't done correctly. I had to pretty much babysit the workers and make sure they did their work. When these sub contractors were hired we were assured they were in that business for years and it seemed like they were learning as they worked. They missed we had asbestos which they ended up paying for removal because that was their mistake, the roof was crooked multiple times they had to fix it, Hvac wasn't tested when we turned ac on it didn't work they had to come back to fix it, 1 month later we turned on the heater and it didn't work they came back and it turns out they forgot to install the gas line, thermostat was damaged. Rewire was done and there was no electricity in one room and outlets were installed backwards. Long story short they were unorganized and they don't check their work before they leave. I was very stressed throughout the whole project and very disappointed.

Our goal is to deliver the smoothest experience possible, however, in construction anything can happen. If we run into any issues during the process, we always acknowledge it and try to resolve it. That is the exact reason why we were communicating with you throughout the process and kept coming to the site. We resolved all the issues that arose from the construction, successfully passed the inspection, and delivered the following services free of charge for your inconvenience: asbestos removal, frame cover, debris removal, rewire work, along with a $200 cash gift. We once again apologize that it took longer than you expected and for any inconvenience. We care deeply about our customers and have addressed the issues you raised internally so that we can do a better job next time.

I cannot thank them enough for my solar energy system. Getting solar was a tough one for me. I had been shopping around for some time. I also had multiple consultations with plenty of different solar companies, and honestly, Calienergy is the best of the best. Their consultants break down the process to you and literally explain every single step they make. They answer your questions in a timely manner. Never failed to communicate. Never. And most of all, I never felt like they were trying to sell me as many panels as they possibly could. They asked me for my electrical bills and examined them to calculate how many panels I would need to completely cover my electrical usage. The consultation helped me understand what I am paying for. They are one of those few contractors who work with dignity and honesty. Brilliant team!
