I can’t tell you how satisfied I am with Engineering Capital. A load bearing beam was improperly cut and I needed a structural engineer to come to my home ASAP to assess the damage and give advice on how to correct the issue. I called on a Saturday and two engineers came out on Sunday. They were on time, professional, and informed me they could draw up plans in a couple days. To my delight, the plans arrived via email the same day on Sunday! The service fee was also very reasonable. 5 stars is not enough, I’d give 10 stars if that were an option. Engineering Capital exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call them (and refer them to friends) for any structural engineering needs. Thank you!!

The engineer addressed our issues in a timely and thorough manner. He followed up with an email containing photos and next steps so we would have a reference to use with the contractor who would be performing the work. He also recommended three contractors for the work upon our request. Extremely helpful. I would work with Engineering Capital again should the need arise.

Engineering Capital was able to arrange for Emil to come out on one of the days I am available and did the assessments on various structures (walls and post) in my house to see if they were load bearing. I received a brief email with notes and pictures from Emil as requested. I am glad to have the walls and post assessed as it helps me with planning my house renovation ideas going forward.
