So happy I found them! They responded right away and came out super quickly to fix our broken pool pump. They were so friendly, polite and easy to work with, and really worked with us on the price, which we truly appreciated. Very fair and accommodating. Great experience all around and will definitely be using them again!

This was an absolute nightmare. After having our pool remodeled we hired this company. They only lasted 5 weeks. They turned our pool green, never put in chemicals, adjusted dates for cleanings. For the last 5 weeks of summer our brand new pool was not usable. Worst experience ever. DO NOT hire. Absolute trash.

We normally do not respond to reviews, but since your husband Justin Fortune threatened to kill me on the phone at 7am on September 1st, I thought I would respond personally.
It is a lie that we never added chemicals. If you have cameras in your backyard, you will see that I personally added chemicals literally every single week. Your algae was stronger than normal, so we after we determined that once-a-week service was untenable, I asked your husband Justin last week if he would give us 7 days to fix his pool before canceling, and that we would be there 3 times in those 7 days--and he agreed. Then on the morning of September 1 he called me and said that he changed his mind. When I told him that he is not keeping his word, he said to me, "if you come back to my house again, I will put a bullet in your head."
Those were his exact words.
It is unfortunate that we did not fix your pool faster, but we do not tolerate death threats. That is very serious and unacceptable.
If we do not receive payment for August services, we will be taking legal action to the fullest extent of the law.

My advice? For a start, vacuum the bottom of the pool, put enough chlorine to last a week, don't forget tablets home and have some to put the floating dispenser (twice). Don't charge for 2 services when you offer one free! Don't insult and harass a client who want to cancel the service. It was a nightmare, it was scary...
