- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured to allow business owners apply their funds to the business. I give upfront pricing guides so my clients can have a plan they believe and rely on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is we create a weekly plan. During this plan we use project management tools that they have full access to before and after we work with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have run numerous companies from the top. I understand what all size companies go through.
